PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Only clients of Banyan Grow in the following nations and areas are eligible for this offer.
2. At its discretion, Banyan Grow will make this available to both new and current customers. Please email [email protected] if you have any questions about your eligibility.
3. It is required of new customers to open a live account with Banyan Grow (not a "demo" account). The client certifies that they have read these terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions of Banyan Grow and has accepted to be bound by them by opening a new account with the company.
4. After opening your live trading account, if you qualify for this offer, you will be prompted to accept it automatically. You can modify the status under the "Promotion" tab by logging into your Client Portal if you decide not to accept this offer after all.
5. You must deposit at least $500 (or the equivalent in USD) into your trading account as a first-time deposit in order to qualify for this promotion.
6. Eligible clients will receive credit bonus as per below:
   • 50% of your first deposit, up to $500 credit (USD equivalent)
   • 20% of your subsequent deposits
   • “subsequent deposits” means any deposits you made after your first deposit, or the part that exceeds $1,000 from your first deposit.
7. If your initial deposit is less than $500 (or the equivalent in US dollars), you will not be eligible to get the 50% credit incentive. From any additional deposits you make to your trading account, you are qualified to get a credit bonus equal to 20% of your initial deposit.
8. During this offer, the credit amount is limited to a maximum of $10,000 (USD equivalent) per qualified client.
9. After we verify your contribution, your bonus will be added to your trading account within one business day.
10. If a customer deposits money using an e-wallet or cryptocurrency channel, such as USDT, Neteller, or Skrill, Xc Traders has the right to prevent them from receiving credit incentives from promotions.
11. Internal transfers, cash adjustments, refunds from introducers or affiliates, and commissions of any type are not going to be included against this offer because they are not considered new deposits.
12. Amounts credited cannot be taken back. The value of your account will reflect any profits you make. In a similar vein, the value of your account will be reduced by any losses incurred. Any gains made from using the bonus can be taken out in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
13. Your account will be credited with a partial or full trade credit if you decide to withdraw your initial deposit.
14. You cannot transfer your bonus between your trading accounts.
15. If the trading credit on your account is less than the equity in your account, we reserve the right to withdraw the remaining credit, which may require you to close out all current positions on your account.
16. This program is subject to withdrawal at any moment by Banyan Grow, and account eligibility is at our exclusive discretion.
17. Without providing more notification, your credit will be deleted after this promotion offer expires.
