REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. This policy serves as notice that due to the nature of the business, refunds are not offered by the company.

3. It is explicitly noted that, as long as you adhere to the conditions of the previously described Clauses, you may use a withdrawal method to access funds from your Money Wallet.

5. All reversed payments and/or chargeback expenses are the client's responsibility in the event of a reversal. If there aren't enough funds in your trading account to cover the gap, you agree to transfer money into it via bank wire transfer.

6. The company will take all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing or taking money out of customer accounts. Money can only be deposited into and taken out of the account by the account owner.

Inconsistencies in Language

English was the language used to draft this policy. The English-language version of this Agreement will be followed if there is a discrepancy in interpretation between it and any translated versions.
