TRADING POLICY

• SCALPING POLICY
• In order to preserve the best possible client service as well as the dependability of our platforms, processes, and products, we prohibit scaling on any of our trading platforms. The trading approach known as "scalping" involves traders initiating and terminating deals in 180 seconds for foreign exchange, 300 seconds for metals, and 180 seconds for all other CFDs.


• Banyan Grow has the right to cancel orders or to void transactions for churning, machine gauging, misquotes, and hedging. Introducing Brokers and CPA Affiliates will not get any fees or commissions for trades that are labeled as scalping.

• MACHINE GAUGING POLICY
• Machine gauging is prohibited on all of our trading platforms to ensure the best possible client service as well as the dependability of our platforms, systems, and products.


• "Machine gauging" is a trading approach where traders start and close trades in less than ten seconds. Because they are considered abusive, certain transactions are not allowed on our platform.


• Banyan Grow has the right to cancel orders or to void transactions for churning, machine gauging, misquotes, and hedging. Fees or commissions to CPA affiliates or introducing brokers will not be paid for transactions categorized as machine-gauging deals.

• CHANGING THE POLITY
• In order to provide the best possible service and stability across all of our systems, platforms, and products, we prohibit churning on any of our trading platforms. "Churning" occurs when over 40% of all trader transactions were initiated and completed in less than 300 seconds.


• Banyan Grow has the right to cancel orders or to void transactions for churning, machine gauging, misquotes, and hedging. Fees for introducing brokers will not be paid on transactions categorized as churning trades.

• MISQUOTES POLICY
• We combine quotes from several vendors and apply an aggregation technique to establish a price from multiple liquidity sources (often more than nine). Misquotes may happen when one or more liquidity providers have "skewed" prices and quotations that are very different from those of other liquidity providers. We reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, or remove the order in the event of a misquote.


• Banyan Grow has the right to cancel orders or to void transactions for churning, machine gauging, misquotes, and hedging. Introducing Brokers and CPA Affiliates will not get any fees or commissions for trades that are deemed to be misquotes.
• ARBITRAGE POLICY
• We have several liquidity sources, and quotations from these suppliers are combined using an aggregation process to get an aggregate price (often from over nine liquidity suppliers). Similar to misquotes policy, arbitrage is the behavior of traders unfairly profiting from quotations that differ considerably from those of other liquidity providers. This could happen if one or more liquidity providers produce quotes and prices that are "skewed" and may not match those of other liquidity providers.


• Banyan Grow has the right to reject transactions or cancel orders for hedging, scaling, machine gauging, churning, and misquotes. Fees and commissions will not be given to introducing brokers or CPA affiliates in the event that a transaction is categorized as an arbitrage trade.
• INACTIVITY POLICY
• Positions that are deemed abusive and that misuse the swap-free feature will need to have their floating positions immediately canceled because Banyan Grow bears these costs rather than the consumers. Hedging cannot be used to gain from swaps on a different account.


• Banyan Grow has the right to cancel orders or invalidate transactions in the case that abusive behavior takes place on Swap Free Accounts. Introducing Brokers and CPA Affiliates will not get fees or commissions for trades that are considered abusive under Swap Free Accounts.
• SWAP FREE ACCOUNT TYPE POLICY
• If there is no trading activity in your account for three months, it will be considered dormant. Inactive accounts may be subject to a US$50 monthly maintenance cost charged by Banyan Grow.


• These policies deter customers from placing multiple orders in an effort to place larger orders than we allow in a short amount of time. The stability of the platform will be impacted, and the price we get from liquidity providers will be disturbed. In addition to preventing the manipulation of commissions and incentives from marketing and programming, these restrictions also aim to lessen the likelihood of manipulating the market.
